Whispers in your mind. What are they saying? What are you feeling? Are you listening? Sometimes our mind is just playing endless chatter. It’s like someone hit a replay button to remind us of all the things we fear or doubt about ourselves. However, there are times when it would benefit us to pay closer attention to our thoughts.

Our higher self will bring things to light with a deeper understanding if we just pay attention. Be quiet and listen. Imagine these thoughts being typed out so you can clearly see and understand them. Then ask yourself, “Why didn’t I understand that before?” Accept it now. When you are quiet and pay attention, we have the opportunity to clear out the clutter that causes doubt and confusion. Allow the empowering thoughts to remain. Repeat them to yourselves. Hold them in your heart and feel your confidence soar. Think kindly of yourself. It will make your day.
