How to find a spread for a specific question?

I have a very specific question I want to ask the cards, but I'm not sure which spread would be best. The typical three-card spread feels too simple, and the Celtic Cross feels too big. How do you all go about finding or creating a spread that is perfect for a particular question? Any tips on spread design would be greatly appreciated.

I like Anne-Maries 5 card spread and 6 cards with a wild card spread. They are both extentions of the 3 card spread. In the 5 card spread, card 4 is how this would affect you spiritually and card 5 is how this would affect life. Her 6 card spread cards 4,5, and 6..Are extentions and more insights into 1,2,3...And 7 th card which she calls the wild card...Is advice from Spirit, perhaps something you you need to consider.
