Combining Oracle and Tarot: Your methods?

I've seen some of you mention using oracle and tarot cards together in a reading. I'm curious about the different ways you all do this. Do you pull an oracle card to set the theme of the reading and then use tarot for the details? Or do you pull an oracle card at the end for an overall message? I'd love to hear your personal methods and what works for you!
