You may notice a tingling sensation on the back of your neck, goosebumps on your arms or the feeling that someone has just walked into the room. Perhaps the atmosphere suddenly feels different, you hear a faint sound or catch a quick movement in the corner of your eye.
You turn around as quickly as you can—but there is no one there. Just an empty doorway, a quiet room or perhaps a faint shadow that seems to disappear before you can focus on it.
Was it your intuition noticing something subtle? A loved one in Spirit making their presence known? A shadow, reflection or trick of the light? Or was your imagination simply working overtime?
Whatever it was, that feeling can be surprisingly real—and sometimes difficult to explain.
