Well, I've decided to embrace my inner good witch this Halloween! And look who's joined me — a beautiful black cat who reminds me so much of my beloved Isis, who shared my life many years ago. 
Now, being a psychic medium doesn't mean I spend my days flying around on a broomstick or stirring mysterious potions in a cauldron... although I must admit, there are days when a magic wand would come in very handy!
But did you know that Halloween has its roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced Sow-in)?
Samhain traditionally marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of the darker half of the year. It was a time of gathering, reflection and honouring those who had gone before us.
In many spiritual traditions, Samhain is believed to be a time when the veil between our physical world and the Spirit world grows thinner.
For me, it's also a celebration of the cycles of life, the changing seasons, and the magic that surrounds us every day.
And speaking of magic, I've written a little Good Witch's Halloween Spell for us all!
Anne-Marie's Samhain Spell for Happiness & Good Fortune By moonlight bright and stars above,
I send out blessings filled with love.
Let worries fade and troubles cease,
And fill my heart with joy and peace.

You don't need a wand, a cauldron or even a pointy hat! Just read the words with a smile, an open heart and a little positive intention.
