Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

We may use basic, anonymised website analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve content and user experience. This information does not personally identify you.

Shop, Bookings & Purchase Information

We pour care, intention, and integrity into everything we offer, whether you’re booking a session or purchasing from our shop. The following information is here to help you feel clear and confident when making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable content, digital guides, online resources, and courses, are non-refundable, and all digital sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Products

All physical products, including books, oracle cards, and other tangible items, are sold as final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed via PayPal.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our booking system allows you to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel and request a refund, we also require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and are issued at 90% of the original payment. The remaining 10% covers non-refundable PayPal processing and refund fees.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Readings & Connection Policy

We understand that psychic readings are deeply personal, and connection matters.

If, within the first 10 minutes of your appointment, you feel that the psychic is not connecting with you, please let us know during that time. If this is raised within the first ten minutes, you may request a refund of your booking fee or ask to switch to another psychic, in which case a new appointment will be arranged for you.

Requests made after the first 10 minutes of the session cannot be refunded or changed. If the reading continues beyond this time, the service will be considered fulfilled in full, and no refund or change will be available.

We gently ask that you speak up as early as possible if something doesn’t feel right. This allows us to support you fairly and ensure the best experience for everyone involved.
