When I cleanse my chakras, I imagine each is a rose and use the corresponding color of a rose for each chakra. When I look at each rose, I check the petals and leaves. Do they look strong and healthy? If not, give them a burst of white light to help them become healthy. You start at the root chakra and move upwards from there. First, visualize a grounding cord connecting you to the earth from the root and moving up to the crown. This is where imagining the chakra colors as a rainbow in reverse helps you remember what chakra color comes next.

You can also use sage or palo santo to cleanse your aura by wafting the smoke around your body, remembering to sage under your arms, hands, and feet.
